Pb₂Cu(PO₄)(SO₄)(OH)

It has the composition Pb₂Cu(PO₄)(SO₄)(OH). This sample is described as tsumebite with smithsonite and azurite. It is about 5x5 cm and is from Tsumeb, Namibia.
