What is the principle of conservation of momentum?

What is impulse?

Calculate the average force on an object in a collision, given the time of the collision and the change in momentum of the object.

How can you use an understanding of impulse to reduce the force on you in any kind of collision?

Given initial momenta of two objects, calculate the velocity after they collide if the collision is totally inelastic (i.e., they stick together).
