Brenda and Staff at Georgia Baptist

Brenda's business card shows that she is Director of Discharge Planning at this time. She had come into Discharge Planning under Johnnie Forgay in Nursing Service. Discharge Planning was combined with Social Work and eventually placed under Finance. Then Discharge Planning and Social Work were placed together in the Department of Continuity of Care and Brenda became the Director. In all of this migration of the role of Discharge Planning, Brenda tabulated that she had worked under 17 different bosses!

The card shows the Georgia Baptist Medical Center, later Tenet Atlanta Medical Center, from Parkwood Avenue. Brenda's work was headquartered in a smaller building just to the right of this view.
