(Cu,Zn)₂Zn(PO₄)₂.2H₂O

This sample of veszelyite is displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Veszelyite is a phosphate mineral of copper and zinc with the composition (Cu,Zn)₂Zn(PO₄)₂.2H₂O. The sample at left is about 2x4 cm and is from Black Pine mine, Philipsburg, Montana.
