This sample of stokesite is displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Stokesite is a silicate mineral of tin and calcium. It has the composition CaSnSi₃O₉.2H₂O. This sample is about 12x8 cm and is from Galilea, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
