Zn₂(AsO₄)(OH)

This sample of paradamite is displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Paradamite is an arsenate of zinc with the composition Zn₂(AsO₄)(OH). The sample at left is about 8 cm across and is from Ojuela mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico. It is described as paradamite with legrandite.
