*Mar 4 is the last day on which one may withdraw with a passing grade.
 
 
 

Notes:
The grading of the course will be as follows:
45% for chapter quizzes, patterned after homework.
30% for homework. Homework will be assigned weekly and collected at intervals before the chapter quizzes.
25% for Final; Final is comprehensive, but more heavily weighted toward material after the last exam.
