Notes:

The grading of the course will be as follows:
45% for chapter quizzes, patterned after homework.
30% for homework. Homework will be assigned for each chapter. It will be collected and graded.

25% final examination
Final is comprehensive, but more heavily weighted toward material after the midpoint.

*Oct 17 is the last day on which one may withdraw with a passing grade.
