Trip to Bent Tree

Brenda and Rod left early on May 16 to travel to Bent Tree for repairs and cleaning. With all the rain this spring, the trees were a beautiful green and we enjoyed being in the woods.

Rod replaced the two faucets in the upstairs bedrooms. He had put those faucets in as a part of the original construction in the late 1970's so they had lasted over 40 years.

Brenda vacuumed and cleaned the whole house, so we were both hard at it for most of the day. We cleaned all the decks.

In the afternoon we met with a lady from Bent Tree Realty and are seeking an assessment of the value of the property in view of selling it.
